LaunchPad Baseline is the first development of LaunchPad Collective — a mixed-use project in San Bernardino, California designed to prove that housing, opportunity, and community can be built together in one place.
For young people aging out of foster care, stable housing is only the beginning. LaunchPad Baseline is designed to surround residents with the conditions they need to build a future: employment pathways, childcare, healthy food, education access, and a community that invests in them.
